Join our team and experience more.</p><p><br><b><u>What’s in it For You:</u></b></p><ul><li>A training program that includes job shadowing, e-learning modules, structured field activities, and customized training, allowing you to learn from subject matter experts with proven success.</li><li>A dynamic, cooperative, and global working environment.</li><li>Receive a company vehicle for business and personal use.</li><li>An attractive salary package with extensive benefits, health insurance, 401k match, paid holidays, and more!</li><li>Possible future international assignments<br>  </li></ul><p><b><u>What You Will Do:</u></b></p><p><u>Business Development - 50%</u></p><ul><li>Develop strategic growth plans for new and existing customers.</li><li>Deliver creative programs and product-based solutions for customer cleaning and sanitizing problems using a results-driven approach.</li><li>Prepare and present total plant solutions for products, processes, and program changes using a compelling value-based approach. </li><li>Develop and manage a multi-faceted execution plan jointly with key stakeholders and decision makers leveraging all available resources.</li><li>Build strong professional networks and appropriately leverage contacts to establish and/or maintain business.</li><li>Maintain active membership with trade and industrial associations.</li></ul><p></p><p><u>Business Management - 50%</u></p><ul><li>Evaluate existing customer plant operations, business objectives, and regulatory guidelines to identify operational efficiencies related to time, cost, safety, and quality.</li><li>Provide expertise in cleanroom applications, contamination control solutions, and risk mitigation.</li><li>Provide technical expertise and understanding on the qualifications surrounding GMP related cleaning, cleaning process and company certification and validation services.</li><li>Ensure operational compliance with FDA, ISO, and any other applicable domestic and international regulations.</li><li>Work with internal partners to generate and (or) maintain new site process documentation e.g. Cleaning SOP’s, and any site specific documentation requirements.</li><li>Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to establish personal goals and objectives for sales and service performance.</li><li>Working with cross functional teams to develop tracking systems, presentations, and reports.  Report on project status and team performance capability to cross functional team members and site leadership.</li><li>Effectively communicate team activities, progress, priorities, to internal partners.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Minimum Qualifications:</u></b></p><ul><li>BS/BA degree in engineering, chemistry, biology or related</li><li>Ability to routinely travel 50% of the time</li><li>2 years of experience selling into Pharmaceutical and or Personal Care manufacturing industries</li><li>Clean In Place / Clean out of Place operational experience, system optimization, and trouble shooting</li><li>Proven sales track record</li><li>Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record (2 years)</li><li>Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position</li></ul><p><br><b><u>Preferred Qualifications</u></b></p><ul><li>5 years of experience selling into Pharmaceutical and or Personal Care manufacturing industries</li><li>Clean in Place system mapping and programing solutions</li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including C-level executives.</li><li>Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.</li><li>Experience in pharmaceutical or cleanroom operations. </li><li>Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>About Ecolab Life Sciences:</u></b></p><p>Partner with our customers to deliver comprehensive solutions and technical expertise to ensure product quality and safety in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
