Maintain a thorough understanding of FIS products and services in order to accurately assist clients and promote additional services. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure a positive customer experience. Document all client interactions and inquiries in a clear and organized manner. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to retirement plans in order to provide accurate and current information to clients. Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns that may impact client satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, support, and improve processes. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets. Embody a customer-centric mindset and strive to continuously improve the customer experience. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
